Structura is not liable for delivery delays caused by unforeseen events beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes.
Shipping and Processing
Once your payment is authorized and verified, we’ll begin processing your order. Our standard production time is 1–3 weeks, as each piece is made with care and attention to detail. Once dispatched, orders are shipped via standard delivery and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is based on when you place your order and will also be included in your confirmation email.
